Driver profiling

As you start your driver profiling process, your hirer can input their driver's licence, the licence issuing authority and their occupation at the point of making their booking. You can update additional drivers' details later on.

In this article, we'll cover the following: 

• Party Members and enabling certain Party Details for data collection when making and amending bookings
• How to update the stages of the booking form
• Where to update your driver details
• Using Tokens within any emails and SMS messages

Our booking form allows you to specify the number of people in the booking, known as Party Members. You can define these as adults, children, infants, or any combination of your choice. This is defined at the occupancy stage of the booking form. You can learn how to set up Party Members here. 

Whilst we focus on the booking form, you can update the headings of each stage of the booking form, like section 1 in the image below. By default, this section is where you would collect information on each person in the booking, and is labelled 'Your Party'. Learn where to update this here. 

Then, you can head to Party Details to define what information you want to collect on each person in the booking. As a motorhome hire company, you'll want to ensure you're collecting the driver's DOB, driver's licence, and issuing authority and occupation. You can learn how to define your Party Details here.

If you would like to add the details of additional drivers later in the booking, all the sections in the Party Details are amendable.

As you have this stored on the booking, it means you can expose these onto a Rental Agreement template. This makes it easy to generate a printable PDF with all the details you need for the driver to sign on site.
