-
Please check that all reporting Owners are within the file
- Please check the consideration values (cross reference against Owner Summaries). If you feel you have missed any payments off bookings, please add or amend those payments on the Booking itself.
-
Logging additional payments:
- Open the Anytime BMS and locate the bookings that require payments to be added. (Remember to adjust the Arrival Date in the 'Manage Bookings' list to 2024.)
- Once in the Payments tab of the booking, make sure to backdate the Payment date to the date it was received in 2024 so that it is included correctly in your report.
-
Once you have made these changes, please allow 30 minutes before generating a new MS Excel spreadsheet.
When you are ready, download your XML
You won't be able to see what is inside the XML as it is specifically coded to be accepted by HMRC in your Operator Portal. This is a complete copy of what you see in your MS Excel Trial version.
If you submit your XML and you receive an error back from HRMC, please share the error code with us via support@anytimebooking.co.uk
