You can streamline the process of compliance by allowing your owners to manage their own DAC7 details.
Initial Setup in the Anytime Booking Management System (BMS)

Default Settings:
By default, all owners are ‘Not Set’ in the Anytime BMS. To enable owners to update their DAC7 information, you must first assign them an appropriate DAC7 category. -
Granting Edit Permissions:
- Navigate to the Owner Portal Access section for the relevant owner.
- Tick the box that allows owners to edit their contact, seller, and billing information.
Once these tasks are complete, owners will be able to manage their DAC7 details from the My Account section within the Owner Portal.
Owners can update their details within the Owner Portal by clicking the pencil icon in the My Account area.
Changes made by the Owner in the Owner Portal will be sent to the agency by email. The email address is the one stored in the 'Your Details' section of 'Your Account' area in the BMS.
The requirements differ for individuals and business owners:
For Individual Owners
The owner is required to complete their Date of Birth and Address information in the 'Contact and Address' area. They are then required to complete the 'Payment and DAC7 details' section underneath.
For Business Owners
They can select which Business Type they are and that will determine which fields to complete i.e. Partnership or Limited Company.
Also if the owner is a Registered Company they will have the ability to add their Business Address.
If the address currently stored for the owner is a personal home address they can specify a business address:
- Untick the checkbox indicating the stored address as personal.
- Update the fields below to reflect the correct business address for DAC7 reporting purposes.
Not Required for DAC7:
If the owner is set to not required for DAC7 within the Anytime BMS, then the Owner Portal will only display their Payment details:
