How to apply your Platform Operator ID and TIN in the Anytime Booking Management System (BMS)
Steps to enter your DAC7 Platform Operator ID and TIN

Sign Up for HMRC Data Platform Service
- Use the HMRC Data Platform service link to register, if you haven’t already.
- Upon successful registration, HMRC will provide you with a Platform Operator ID. (note: you only need to apply the Platform Operator once). This ID was emailed to you upon registration and is called your Platform ID.
- Log In to your Anytime BMS account and locate the HMRC DAC7 Settings section
- Navigate to the Your Account area by clicking on your initials in the top right corner.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page to find the HMRC DAC7 Settings section.
- Enter your Platform Operator ID and TIN in the HMRC DAC7 Settings section

- The first field is labelled "Enter the reference...", input your Platform Operator ID here,
- The second field is labelled "Enter your TIN...", enter your TIN here,
- Click Save Settings.

- The Platform Operator ID is labelled Sending Entity IN in column A of the first tab of the MS Excel spreadsheet.
- The TIN is labelled TIN in column B of the second tab of the MS Excel spreadsheet.
