DAC7 Compliance - additional fields available in Agency Module
These changes are in response to the upcoming HMRC reporting requirements under DAC7. They are designed to assist your agency in efficiently collecting, verifying, and reporting the necessary information about property owners and their transactions, ensuring full compliance with HMRC's directives.
Today's update:
Data Collection Enhancements: Our system now facilitates the secure collection of additional owner information, such as dates of birth and National Insurance Numbers, prioritising the handling and storing of this sensitive data.

New Owners Portal launched
We have launched a new Owners Portal for agencies, and also made improvements to the booking system. The key highlights are;
- Owner, housekeeper and supplier details are now located on the left-hand side menu under 'Owners'.
- You can now search for an Owner, Housekeeper or Supplier in a list format
- We are now storing the date of registration and the number of properties assigned in an easy-to-view list format.
- The Owners Portal sits within its vanilla-style domain and does not refer to Anytime Booking as a brand, making this space feel more like your agency and not us. Your unique URL will be something like https://yoursubdomain.ownersportal.co.uk (please contact us to obtain your link).
- The owner can now make their own bookings inside the Owners Portal in just a few clicks.

International dialling codes will now appear on phone number fields
This applies to online and telephone bookings, as well as amending bookings or updating guest records.
Checking guests in and out on the Dashboard will now be logged on the booking Change Log with a date/time stamp and user initials
Un-cancelling a Pitchup booking inside your Anytime Account
If you are connecting with Pitchup.com V2, you will have been able to 'un-cancel' a Pitchup booking from within Anytime Booking, assuming it would also un-cancel on Pitchup's side. This isn't the case and that process remains manual. So we have disabled this ability from within your Anytime account to avoid confusion.

New additional Party Details fields for motorhome accounts
You can now collect the following information as part of making a booking, or amending a booking;
- Driving Licence Issuing Authority
- Occupation

Sub-units can now sync to Rentals United
Traditionally, only parent units could be synced to Rentals United. We have now made it possible to sync sub-units to Rentals United.

Quickly duplicate a unit
To help speed up the process of creating new units, you can now clone a pre-existing one and just fine-tune a few extra elements before making it live. Read more in our Knowledge Base article here.

When you need to quickly block off multiple units on the diary in quick succession. You can now do this with our new clone feature.

The Authorise and Authenticate feature whilst using pre-arrival emails on last-minute bookings has been resolved.
The pre-arrival email was set to 'not send' until the guests had authenticated their card if A&A was in use. However, when guests did authenticate their card (on a last-minute booking), the pre-arrival email delivery window had already passed, the email was not sent. This has now been resolved to ensure the pre-arrival email on last minute bookings are being delivered with A&A is in use.

Booking Reports can now generate 'all' booking statuses: active and cancelled.
When generating a Booking Report, you can see both booking statuses when selecting 'all'.
You can now publish rates for 2027
You can now add and publish rates for 2027.
Country has been added as an additional column in the Arrivals and Departure Reports
If you select 'Address' as one of the extra columns when generating an arrivals and/or departure report, you'll see an extra column for the Country.
Cancelled bookings view updated display in date order of cancellation
When you check for cancellations, the list will be ordered by cancellation date. The most recently cancelled booking at the top of the list.
You can now use 'Saved Replies' on manually sent text messages
If you manually push out communication to your guests via the communicate tab, we have now made it possible to use a 'saved reply' for sending text messages.

Guest List coloured dots will also appear on the arrivals report
When you are profiling guests, your associated coloured dot will appear on the booking. We have improved this to also show these dots when generating reports on a web page or as a PDF.

Booking and Payment notifications are now split out
We've split out the booking notification and payment notification boxes in the My Account area so that the right email notification is hitting the right inbox.
New booking buffer feature
You can now set up an automatic booking buffer if you want to create an automatic 'block off' around every new booking. You can read more here.
You can now send a text message on the 'same day as arrival'
We've updated our knowledge base article here.
First name and last name are now separated for Owners, suppliers and housekeepers.
If you sent emails to owners, suppliers, and housekeepers, you could only select their full name as a token in the email template. We've now split out the last name from the first name, so you can now say 'Hi Sam' rather than 'Hi Sam Smith' in your email communication.

Pricing to automatically update when making an amendment to a booking.
When changing a booking that impacts pricing, this will automatically update without having to hit the refresh icons.
