Updating the Balance Payment Date on an Existing Booking.
Changing your guest balance payment terms from pay on arrival to pay in advance.
It's quite common to change your payment terms from time to time but what you might notice on older bookings is that they contain the original rules you set. In this case you'll need to refresh the booking.
If you switch from pay-on-arrival to pay-in-advance or vice versa you will need to refresh the booking by clicking on 'Make Changes' when you have the booking summary open.
Then change something small like the Period to a different length of stay and revert back again and 'Save Changes'. This gets the balance due date to recalculate.
