How to run an Unit Availability Report

The Unit Availability report allows you to see which units and (sub-units if you are selling pitches) are available within a specific date range.

Arrival Type: Units Available will display all the units in category order, with the total number of sub-unit (pitches) available on any given day during the date range you have searched for.

Arrival Type: Nights Available will display the total number of pitches available across various length of stay. The left column is the unit/sub-unit name and the right hand column is the total number of nights it is available for consecutively.

Note: If you have multiple sites and categories, and you’ve search for ‘all’, the report will be broken down into sections.
