Solving conflicts

An internal guide to help troubleshoot conflicts our customers are reporting within their Pitchup account.

  • If we, or PUP, have recently introduced iCals on the pitches. Conflicts will appear until they are moved around on the PUP diary to fall into the correct place.  We send this article on what our customer should do. 
  • If the booking was cancelled on Pitchup, but it's still appearing on the PUP calendar and that pitch has since received a direct booking - they'll get a warning that there is a conflict.

    PUP's advise to our customers is:

    Flagging the booking as cancelled and then can go into the calendar and click the booking (it will turn yellow when cancelled) and can 'remove ' the booking from their grid
