Resetting your password

If you’ve forgotten your password, don’t worry — resetting it is quick and secure.

How the reset process works

No matter your role (user, guest, owner, or housekeeper), the password reset journey follows the same steps:

  1. Request a password reset
    Select the “Forgot Password” option on the login page and enter your email address.
  2. Check your email
    You’ll receive either an account-specific or a generic email containing a 6-digit verification code.  (Use this article to create your specific email)
  3. Enter the verification code
    Input the 6-digit code into the required field on the reset screen.
  4. Create a new password
    Once your code is verified, you’ll be prompted to set a new password.

Password requirements

To keep your account secure, your new password must meet the following criteria:

  • At least 12 characters
  • At least 1 uppercase letter
  • At least 1 lowercase letter
  • At least 1 number
  • At least 2 special characters (e.g. ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) - _ = + ?)

Real-time password feedback

As you begin typing your new password, the system will guide you in real time:

  • You’ll see which requirements have already been met
  • Any missing elements will remain unchecked
  • A progress indicator will show how close you are to meeting all criteria

This helps you quickly create a strong, compliant password without guesswork.


Final step

Once all requirements are met and your passwords match, simply select “Reset Password” to complete the process.
