Referrals (Config>Marketing>Referrals>Choose Category & Unit)

This is a way of gaining marketing data by asking your guest how they heard about you. The most popular are Google Search, Word of Mouth, Facebook, but you can have as many Referral options as you like and you can assign them to various or all Units on the Units tab.

The Referral is a Mandatory part of the booking process for the guest to enter their answer via the dropdown box.
