Rates release: September 2026

It’s here: your new rates area – everything you need to know

Over the last couple of weeks, we’ve been introducing you to the changes coming to rates in your BMS.

On 21 September, the new rates experience went live for customers using nightly and length of stay rates.

We know we’ve shared quite a bit of information, both by email and through your notification bell, so here’s a handy recap of what’s changing and where you can find help.

A brand-new rates dashboard

Selecting rates from the left-hand menu will now take you to your new rates dashboard, giving you a much clearer overview of what’s happening with your rates.

At a glance, you can see things such as units without rates, overlapping rates, recent changes and rates waiting to be published.

Note: if you can't see rates on your left-hand menu, please do let us know. There may be some configuration in your account preventing us from making this live for you at the moment. We can resolve this with you individually.

A new and improved rates tab

We’ve redesigned the rates tab to make your pricing easier to see and manage.

Select your category, unit and year, see your rate bands clearly in one place and quickly access the tools you need to add, edit, copy, import and export rates.
We’ll also help you spot gaps and overlaps within your rates.

Easier ways to add and edit rates

Adding and editing rates has had an upgrade too.

You can enter either a nightly price or the total you want to charge for a minimum stay, and Anytime can help identify the next available date when creating a new rate band.

We've also made length of stay pricing more flexible, including the ability to add, remove or update LOS pricing when editing existing rates.

Copy rates just got smarter

If you're starting to think about next year's pricing, this one could save you a lot of time.

The improved copy rates functionality lets you copy rates across multiple units or an entire category, including into a new year.

You can also increase or decrease prices by a percentage or fixed £ amount, and round your resulting prices as you copy them.

More control over publishing

One of the biggest changes is a clearer distinction between making changes to your rates and publishing those changes.

You can make your changes, see what's waiting to be published, review your work and then publish when you're ready.

The new dashboard and rates area will make it much easier to see when you have unpublished changes waiting for your attention.

And we're not finished yet…

This release is an important step in a much wider programme of work around rates.

Next, we'll be turning our attention to rates rules and more visual ways of managing pricing, giving you greater flexibility and control over how your rates work.

For now, have a look around your new rates area, use the knowledge base guides if you need a hand, and let us know how you get on.

Welcome to your new rates experience!

Using Weekly & Short Break Rates?

The new rates functionality launching today is initially available to customers using nightly and length of stay rates.

If you use weekly & short break rates, your existing rates area will remain unchanged for now.

You haven't been forgotten! Our next phase of rates development will introduce rates rules, designed to give us much greater flexibility around different pricing patterns – including the way weekly and short-break pricing works.

Once that next phase is ready, we'll be able to bring the new rates experience to weekly & short break rates users too. We’ll let you know more closer to the time.
