PU Pricing Guide
Accessing the Pricing Tab
The Pricing tab can be found by navigating to:
Configuration → PU → Pricing
Before using this feature, please ensure you are ready to send pricing to Pitchup.
Before You Begin
The PU Pricing feature currently has the following requirements:
- Length of Stay pricing must not be in use. This feature only supports pricing structures with one price band per date range.
- An Anytime Standard charge type must already be created in Pitchup. This is required so that we can map and send your pricing correctly.
Sending Pricing to Pitchup
Step 1: Select Your Site/Category
If your account is Site Based, select the site you wish to send pricing for.
The system will automatically select:
- All Categories
- All Units
If required, you can untick any categories or units that you do not want to include before continuing.
Step 2: Choose the Time Period
The pricing period defaults to 18 months.
You can adjust this if you would like to send pricing for a shorter or longer period.
Step 3: Review Your Pricing
Before sending, the system gathers:
- Your standard pricing
- Any Party Member rates configured in Anytime Booking
These are displayed in a table for you to review and confirm before sending.
Step 4: Send the Pricing
Once you are happy that all pricing is correct, we send the pricing to the Anytime Standard charge type you created in Pitchup.
After SendingOnce the pricing has been sent:
- Log in to Pitchup.
- Check that the Anytime Standard charge type has received the pricing correctly.
- Make your original Pitchup charge types inactive so that the Anytime Standard charge type becomes the active pricing source.
Updating Pricing
If you make any pricing changes in Anytime Booking, remember that these changes are not sent automatically.
After making any pricing adjustments in Anytime:
- Return to Configuration → PU → Pricing.
- Send your pricing again.
- Send pricing for the entire required date period, not just the dates you changed, to ensure Pitchup remains fully up to date.
