Print Summary

Use the Print Summary button within a booking to print a document you've designed

When you load a booking, you may want to use the Print Summary button to print or share a document for your own records or send to the Guest.

This can be used for a variety of reasons. It could be a pre-departure checklist for a guest coming to hire a motorhome.  It could be a full summary of their booking you might want to give them on arrival with additional information. Or anything else you can think of. 

Head to Configuration > Documentation > Booking Summary. 

You'll see a full editor, like you do in the outgoing emails, where you can populate your own content. 

Remember to click save at the bottom of the page!
