[Pitchup.com](https://knowledgebase.anytimebooking.co.uk/knowledge/connections?hsLang=en#pitchup-com) # Pitchup Version 1: Reduced by Booking ## When using the Pitchup Version 1 connection with the Reduced by Booking setting, availability needs monitoring #### **How it works** With this connection type: - Availability is sent to Pitchup using standard pitch availability. - Occupancy-based availability (Reduced by Booking) is **not** supported 100%. - The integration does not automatically adjust your allocation in Pitchup. #### **Managing your allocation** If you choose to connect to Pitchup using **Reduced by Booking**, you are responsible for managing your allocation within Pitchup. As your available pitches begin to decrease, you should monitor your allocation and update it to ensure availability remains accurate across both systems. For example, when your available allocation falls below **five pitches**, you should check the allocation in Pitchup to keep both systems in sync. **Important:** There is no functionality within the integration that automatically adjusts your allocation as bookings are made when you use Reduce by Booking. You are responsible for keeping the allocation up to date. #### **Using Send Total Allocation** If you enable Send Total Allocation in the Pitchup Configuration area of Anytime, you can use the Resync button to send the current available allocation to Pitchup. After triggering a resync: 1. Wait approximately **15 minutes** for the update to be processed. 2. Check that the allocation shown in Pitchup matches your current available allocation. 3. If the allocation has not updated as expected, manually adjust it directly within Pitchup. **Note:** The **Send Total Allocation** option sends the current available allocation **only when you manually run a resync**.
