Owner Bookings from the Owners Portal: Received in Provisional State
Any booking submitted via the Owner Portal will initially be received by the agency in a Provisional state.
All Owner Portal bookings will show within your Provisional Booking widget on your Dashboard.
- Review the Booking Details: Ensure all relevant information, such as dates, property details, and any special requests, is accurate.
- Confirm the Booking: Once reviewed, mark the booking as Confirmed in your account.
- Send Notifications: If your process requires a housekeeper email to be sent, this will need to be sent manually when you confirm the booking..
