New Owners Portal (Summer 2024)

This article is aimed at existing customers who want to use our new Owners Portal and understand some of the improvements we have made to creating and managing Owners.

We've created a guide to the improvements we've made - the key highlights are; 

• Owner, housekeeper and supplier details are now located on the left-hand side menu under 'Owners'. 
• You can now search for an Owner, Houskeeper or Supplier in a list format
• We are now storing the date of registration and the number of properties assigned in an easy-to-view list format. 
• The Owners Portal sits within its vanilla-style domain and does not refer to Anytime Booking as a brand, making this space feel more like your agency and not us. Your unique URL will be something like https://yoursubdomain.ownersportal.co.uk (please contact us to obtain your link). 
• The owner can now make their own bookings inside the Owners Portal in just a few clicks.
