My customer hasn't received their email confirmation
My customer hasn't received their email confirmation Booking emails were not received by the customer
You may be contacted by a customer to say that they haven’t received a confirmation email. This can happen for a number of reasons:
1- The email was sent but has been sent to their spam box
2- The system tried to send the email but the customer’s inbox was full
3- Their email provider was experiencing difficulties at the time of send
You can resend an email via the communicate tab on each booking’s details. Click the send email confirmation button to resend.
Don’t forget you can check the email log to find out whether an email was sent successfully or not.
