We’ve recently the Party Member configuration page to make managing your settings quicker and more intuitive.
Managing Party Members — what's new
We've updated the Party Members configuration page to bring it in line with the new Categories and Units pages. It's quicker to navigate, clearer to use, and works properly on mobile.

What has changed at a glance
Party members are now chosen from a searchable dropdown.
The details for the selected party member open inline on the same page.
There's a new Reorder button so you can arrange party members for a unit in one go.
A dedicated Help button opens the knowledge base alongside the page.The page and its tabs work properly on phones and tablets.
Navigating to a party member
Party members belong to a Unit, which in turn belongs to a Category and (if you run a multi-site account) a Site. Work through the dropdowns from top to bottom:
Choose a Site (if shown).
Choose a Category.
Choose a Unit.
Choose a Party Member.
Each dropdown supports typing to filter, so on large accounts you can type the first few letters of the name rather than scrolling.

Adding a party member
With a Unit selected, click New Party Member.
Fill in the Name, Description, Max Number, and any other fields.
- The button in the bottom-right reads Add — once you enter a name it updates to Add & Publish "Your Name" so you can confirm exactly what's being saved.
- Click to save.

As with Categories and Units, the save button stays disabled until you make a change — so nothing saves accidentally.
Updating a party member
Select the party member from the dropdown.
Switch between the Details, Rates and Units tabs as needed.
Edit the fields you want to change.
The button now reads Update "Party Member Name". Click to save.
Note if you try to change Site, Category, Unit or Party Member while you have unsaved changes, you'll be asked whether to Save or Discard & continue — you won't lose anything without confirming.
Reordering party members
Each unit's party members are shown on your online booking page in the order you set here. We've added a dedicated reorder mode so you can arrange them all at once.
With a Unit selected, click the sort icon (⇅) next to the Party Member dropdown.
The Reorder Party Members panel opens.
Either drag items into the desired order, or use Sort party members A-Z / Sort party members Z-A to order alphabetically in one click.
Click Save Order to apply, or Cancel to back out without changing anything.

Getting help without leaving the page
The green ? button in the bottom right opens the Party Member knowledge base article in a side panel alongside the page, so you can read the guidance and use the screen at the same time.

Click the × at the top of the article to close it.

On phones and tablets
- The Details / Rates / Units tabs automatically become a dropdown on smaller screens.
- The Help drawer switches to a full overlay when there isn't enough room alongside the page.
- The reorder list can be dragged using the grab-handle icon beside each item.
