With this seamless connection between Anytime and Pitchup, you can reduce manual work, eliminate errors, and ensure that your bookings and customer data are always up to date across both platforms. 1. Real-Time Data Synchronisation

Say goodbye to delays in updating data between Anytime and Pitchup! Our integration syncs updates every minute, ensuring minimal lag in processing new bookings, cancellations, or changes. This means your availability, rates, and booking details are always accurate.

2. Automated Payment Recording

Payments made through Pitchup, including deposits, further payments, and full payments, are automatically recorded in Anytime. This allows you to manage your finances in one central place, simplifying your accounting and improving accuracy.

3. Direct Bookings and Block-Offs

You can create direct bookings and block-offs in Anytime, which will automatically reflect as reservations in Pitchup. This feature streamlines your booking management and ensures consistency across platforms.

4. Seamless Amendments and Cancellations

Date or Pitch changes made to direct bookings or Pitchup bookings in Anytime will automatically update in Pitchup. Whether you need to cancel or amend a booking, the changes are synced without any manual intervention. Please note, for Pitchup bookings, they must remain on the assigned pitches in both systems.

5. Extras Synchronisation

Our integration supports syncing Anytime extras, whether they are variable or fixed rate, with Pitchup. Extra pricing is imported with bookings, so you can rest assured that all additional costs are accounted for correctly.

6. Car Registration and Party Member Pricing

When a customer books via Pitchup, car registration details are captured and synced with Anytime. In addition, the integration supports party member pricing—your rules for adults, children, and infants set in Anytime will populate in the Party Member tab in Pitchup. We recommend ensuring that pricing rules are consistent across both platforms.

7. Bulk Export/Import for New Anytime Users

For new Anytime Booking users, our integration allows for an initial bulk export and import of existing bookings and block-offs. This eliminates the need for manual data entry, saving you hours of work during the setup phase.

8. Automatic Cancellation Updates

When a booking is cancelled on Pitchup, it is automatically cancelled in Anytime as well. However, please note that cancellations of Pitchup bookings cannot be made from outside Pitchup for compliance reasons.


How to Connect to Pitchup

When we first connect your Anytime account to Pitchup, we will automatically export all your current bookings and block-offs from Anytime into Pitchup. These will show as external reservations in Pitchup, without guest details for privacy reasons. If you have any bookings in Pitchup that are not yet in Anytime, we can import those for you too. To ensure a smooth transition, your Pitchup account will need to be temporarily deactivated while we complete the connection process for you.

Handling Sub-Units

For users with glamping or unique accommodations that are parent units in Anytime, we will need to adapt these to sub-units in order to connect them to Pitchup. Let our Anytime team know if this applies to you, and we’ll make the necessary adjustments. Rest assured, this will not impact any of the calendars or setups you currently have on your website.


Avoiding the "Tetris Effect" with Pitches

To prevent the frustration of overbooking or booking misalignment (the "Tetris effect"), our integration assigns bookings to specific pitches. For example, a booking on Pitch 1 in Anytime will reflect as a booking on Pitch 1 in Pitchup. This feature ensures that bookings are consistently aligned, avoiding overbookings or double assignments.

Pitch Number Visibility

If you prefer not to display specific pitch numbers to your Pitchup guests, you can easily disable this feature by toggling an option in Pitchup to restrict the custom unit name from being sent.


New Widget for Real-Time Tracking

We’ve added a new widget that can be applied to your Anytime Dashboard. This feature allows you to see real-time records of what’s being synced between Anytime and Pitchup. You’ll be able to monitor new bookings, cancellations, and amendments as they occur. This provides you with greater transparency and control over your booking process. Important Considerations

  1. Price Changes and Further Payments: If changes to a Pitchup booking in Anytime result in a price change, these will not automatically reflect in Pitchup if a further payment is required. You will need to manually adjust payment requests in Pitchup and communicate with the guest directly for payment.
  2. Pitchup Guest Payments: Guests who book through Pitchup will not have access to the Anytime Booking Guest Portal. For any additional payments, you will need to use alternative methods for processing their payments.
  3. Moving Pitches Between Parent Units: If you wish to move a pitch between parent units in Anytime, such as from a grass pitch to a hardstanding, we will handle this for you to ensure proper synchronisation. Existing bookings and block-offs will be updated accordingly in Pitchup, but we recommend verifying these changes in your Pitchup account afterward.
