How to resolve a corrupt booking
A tool has been created to resolve a corrupt booking
If a customer emails or calls to say they have a booking that doesn't open in the Diary or show in the 'Manage Booking' list and doesn't open when you click on it in the 'Diary', we now have a tool that will fix the problem.
The way to fix the corrupt booking is to open a new web tab, paste the URL below and amend the client id number thats in bold below to the client id you need to check:
Example change would for Portesham Dairy this would need to change to 569
Once you press enter, the page should give a version and completed.
Remember to refresh availability once this has been completed.
