A how-to guide on cloning/duplicating block offs on your diary

If you ever need to block off multiple units due to having particularly wet ground, scheduling maintenance or reserving a group booking, there’s an easy way to do this. Here's a simple guide to help you through the process. 

To begin, head to the diary and create your first block-off as usual by selecting the start and end dates. Feel free to add a note explaining the reason, then click "block" to create a single block-off. 

Afterwards, click on the block and you'll notice a 'clone' button has now appeared. Click on it, read the pop-up note and close the box by clicking the 'x'. 

To start cloning, choose the next unit/pitch you want to block off, select the start date, and the system will automatically fill in the required length from the previous block-off. 

Repeat this process as needed, and when finished, click the 'stop cloning' button at the top.
