Customising Your Guest Password Reset Code Email
Make the automated password reset email your own with styling and personalised text
When a guest requests a code to reset their password, they’ll receive an automatic email from your system. You can easily amend and style this email to match your brand and tone of voice.
Here’s how:

Go to Configuration > Emails > General Emails.

Select the ‘Forgotten/Reset Password’ email.

Use the provided template as a starting point - feel free to rewrite the text and add your own styling.
- Important: make sure the log-in code token remains in place. This token automatically generates the unique reset code for your guest, and without it, the email will not work correctly.

Once you’re happy, don’t forget to switch the email on and click save:

Important to know:

If the email is not switched on, the system will continue to send the original default version.

For site-based accounts, we recommend using the same template across all sites for consistency.

For Agencies, please note this only applies to guest emails. The owner portal emails are system-based and cannot be changed.
