Connect to Airbnb (iCal Connection)

Share your availability with Airbnb with iCal

Please note: iCal will push basic availability up to your channel, and then basic booking data will be pushed back to Anytime Booking. We check all iCals every 15 minutes.

You may be required to edit each booking from Airbnb once imported into the system, to ensure the pricing is correct and the payment has been marked.

Please find below full instructions on how to sync your availability with Airbnb.

CALENDAR IMPORT

Calendar importing allows you to automatically keep your Airbnb calendar up to date from Anytime Booking using an iCalendar format.

To import a calendar:

1. Go to Manage Listings on airbnb.com

2. Click Manage Listing and Calendar for the listing you want to edit

3. Click Availability Settings in the top-right corner of your calendar view

4. Under Sync Calendars, select Import calendar

5. Paste your calendar’s URL in the Calendar address (URL) field – you can obtain this URL by going back to your Anytime Booking account and go to Config>Structure>Unit and iCal Calendars. You can grab the URL to paste in from here.

6. Name your calendar - this can be the name of the unit plus Anytime. This is just for your record

7. Click Import calendar

As and when you take direct bookings or block off your Anytime calendar, it will take a few hours for those changes to be visible to guests viewing your listing on Airbnb.

CALENDAR EXPORT

Calendar exporting lets you view your Airbnb within your Anytime Booking account. It will display the Airbnb booking reference number, number of guests, length of stay and the last 4 digits of their telephone number. This information has been limited due to recent GDPR changes. The price is calculated by the rates setup within your Anytime account.

To export your calendar

1. Go to Manage Listings on airbnb.com

2. Click Manage Listing and Calendar for the listing you want to edit

3. Click Availability Settings in the top-right corner of your calendar view

4. Under Sync Calendars, select Export calendar

5. Copy and paste the Airbnb calendar link – go to Configuration > iCal Feeds.
