Connect to Airbnb (iCal Connection)

Share your availability with Airbnb with iCal

Please note: iCal will push basic availability up to your channel, and then basic booking data will be pushed back to Anytime Booking. We check all iCals every 15 minutes.

You may be required to edit each booking from Airbnb once imported into the system, to ensure the pricing is correct and the payment has been marked.

CALENDAR IMPORT

Calendar importing allows you to automatically keep your Anytime calendar up to date from Airbnb using an iCalendar format.

To import a calendar from Airbnb head to Airbnb and follow these instructions:

1. Click Calendar and select the listing calendar you want to change
2. Click Availability
3. Under Connect calendars, click Airbnb calendar export
4. Copy the link, then head into Anytime
5. Click into Configuration
6. Click iCal Feeds
7. Drill down to the required listing
8. Paste into the Airbnb box and click Update

As and when you take direct bookings or block off your Anytime calendar, it can take a few hours for those changes to be visible to guests viewing your listing on Airbnb.

CALENDAR EXPORT
Calendar exporting allows you to automatically keep your Airbnb calendar up to date using an iCalendar format to block dates in the Airbnb calendar. 

To Export a calendar from Anytime follow these instruction:

1. Click into Configuration
2. Click iCal Feeds
3. Drill down to the required listing
4. Under Export Feed copy the link, then head to Airbnb
5. ClickCalendar and select the listing calendar you want to change
6. Click Availability
7. Under Connect calendars, click Calendar import
8. Paste the URL from your external calendar (e.g. VRBO) into the calendar address field
9. Give the calendar a name (Anytime(listing name)) and click Save
