Connect to Coolstays

We’re excited to announce our integration with Coolstays.

This integration allows Coolstays to retrieve your live availability and pricing directly from Anytime, helping guests find accurate rates and available dates in real time.

When a guest selects your property on Coolstays, they’ll be directed straight to your Anytime booking form to complete their reservation.

How bookings appear in Anytime

Bookings generated through Coolstays will automatically appear in Anytime with a dedicated Coolstays symbol, making them easy to identify at a glance.

How these bookings are managed

All Coolstays bookings are treated as direct bookings within Anytime. This means:

• Booking management is handled entirely within Anytime
• Guest communication and reservation management remain in your usual workflow
  
  

Booking tracking

Coolstays will also be able to maintain a tally of bookings generated through the integration, helping track referral performance and booking activity.

Next steps

To get started, please contact Coolstays directly to sign up for the integration or follow the links inside your Coolstays owners area. 

Once you’ve signed up, Coolstays will contact us to request your integration key. We will provide this directly to them, and all remaining connection setup and communication will be handled between Anytime and Coolstays.
