Coming autumn 2026: smarter rates, more payment choice and new booking channels
We’ve got a busy few months ahead at Anytime Booking, with some significant improvements and new integrations on their way.
Here’s a first look at what’s coming next.
Rates: the next phase of our new rates management area is here
From next week, we’ll begin releasing and introducing the next phase of our rates project.
This is a substantial upgrade to the way you create, manage and publish your rates, including:
- A new dashboard – giving you a clearer overview of your rates and a snapshot of where you need to take action.
- A new way to publish rates – making publishing changes easier and quicker, allowing you to carry on working while it happens, and giving you greater confidence over what is live.
- An improved rates interface – designed to make everyday rate management simpler and more intuitive.
- Better ways to add and edit rate bands – reducing some of the complexity involved in maintaining your pricing.
- Improved rate copying – making it much quicker to reuse existing pricing when setting up new periods or units, and the option to make price increases/decreases in the process.
We’ll be sharing more information, guidance and video demonstrations as these improvements are released.
And we’re not stopping there…
Once this phase is complete, our attention will turn to the next evolution of rates management.
We’re also beginning work on a new rates rules area, designed to give you much greater control and flexibility over how you manage your pricing.
We’re exploring a range of smarter controls that will help take some of the manual work out of rate management and give you more options for shaping your pricing around the way your business actually operates. We’re still working through the detail – but there are some really exciting possibilities ahead.
We’re also working towards a new rates calendar view, providing a much more visual way to inspect and manage your pricing.
The aim throughout this project is simple: to make sophisticated pricing easier to set up, easier to understand, and much easier to manage.
Using Worldpay Junior? You can now upgrade to Access Worldpay
If you currently take payments through Worldpay Junior, the upgrade to Access Worldpay is now available.
Access Worldpay is Worldpay’s newer payment technology and provides a more modern payment experience for your guests, including a smoother checkout journey, improved mobile usability and support for newer payment methods and security standards.
If you're currently using Worldpay Junior, we recommend taking a look at what the upgrade involves.

Even more payment choice with GetEdge
This autumn, we’ll also be introducing GetEdge as another payment gateway option.
The vision is for GetEdge to be integrated directly into our new checkout, so guests can make their payment without being redirected away from the booking journey.
It will also bring:
- Apple Pay and Google Pay, making mobile payments quicker and easier.
- Competitive transaction rates, with options designed to suit different sizes of business.
- Telephone/MOTO payments from within our telephone booking area, removing the need to log into a separate payment system when taking a booking or payment over the phone.
- UK-based support.
- A payment solution designed to grow alongside your business.
We believe payment gateways shouldn't be one-size-fits-all, so GetEdge will sit alongside our existing options and give customers even more choice over the provider that best suits their business.
We’ll be introducing GetEdge properly – including pricing and information about switching – very soon.
And there’s more to come…
Coming in October: more major booking channels
In October, we’ll begin introducing new and improved API channel connections (a significant improvement on current iCal connections) for some of the biggest names in online travel:
Booking.com • Vrbo • Expedia • Hipcamp • Google Hotel
These improved connections are designed to give you more opportunities to distribute your availability, reach new guests and manage bookings - while providing you with the kinds of booking details that you don’t get from an iCal – without creating more work for your team.
There’s plenty more information to come on these, including which businesses and accommodation types each channel is best suited to.
Watch this space – autumn is going to be a busy one!
