Bookings received via TXGB

What information will be received from a booking taken through TXGB?

This is a quick guide to show you the level of guest information you will receive in a booking from TXGB.

This is an instant connection, so as soon as the booking has been confirmed, TXGB will send the booking detail to Anytime.

Very occasionally, this doesn't happen, usually  due to a conflict in a booking rule between the channel and what you have set in Anytime. For example, a 2-night length of stay could be set in the channel, but it's set as a 3-night in Anytime.

If this happens, TXGB will email you with the booking issue and also contact us directly.

4. We always receive Full Payment instruction at time of booking, even if you have a flexible plan with Booking.com and the guest doesn't pay until the day of arrival.
