Bookings received from Pitchup V2

What information will be received from a booking taken through Pitchup?


This is a quick guide to show you the level of guest information you will receive in a booking from Pitchup.

This is an instant connection, so as soon as the booking has been confirmed, Pitchup will send the booking detail to Anytime.

Very occasionally, this doesn't happen, usually  due to a conflict in a booking rule between the channel and what you have set in Anytime. For example, a 2-night length of stay could be set in the channel, but it's set as a 3-night in Anytime.

If this happens, Anytime will email you with the booking issue.

Here is the visual guide of the booking detail with annotations in blue. At the bottom of the article we will cover booking amendments.

(when you extend/shorten a booking or add an additional guest this page will need to be completed in steps 2 and 3 for the Costs to balance.)

Self explanatory: full name, postal address, customers email address, contact number and Car Registration given.

All assigned extras will feed in. If you add any new extras either side, let us know and we can assign these for new requests to come in.

Each payment type will automatically add to the booking as a Pitchup PayUp Method. The Deposit payment of the Pitchup Agent fee will show on the booking, followed by a further payment of the Remainder due. 

Please note if the customer asks directly to amend their Pitchup booking, you can do this in Anytime and take the Further Payment. Just remember to amend the Party Members tab, informed on slide 2 and then flag the payment in Pitchup so that they do not take the automated payment. Also with our V2 connection, the amendment of dates will take place in Pitchup Automatically.

If you have pre arrival and Follow up emails set up in your Anytime Account, you have have these emails sent out automatically to your Pitchup guests, to help with converting future direct bookings.
