What information will be received from a booking taken through Pitchup?
This is a quick guide to show you the level of guest information you will receive in a booking from Campsites.co.uk.
This is an instant connection, so as soon as the booking has been confirmed, Campsites will send the booking detail to Anytime.
Very occasionally, this doesn't happen, usually due to a conflict in availability so Campsites will set the booking to Provisional and make contact with you to ensure you have the availability, and request you to retry.
Here is the visual guide of the booking detail with annotations in blue. At the bottom of the article we will cover booking amendments.

Total cost of additional party members (We calculate this cost from the Party Members stored in Anytime) 8. Total cost of assigned extras, 9. Campsites Commission fee, 10. Net payable to you

1.Each party member is added here, 2. Number of nights is added per guest 3. Any Chargeable guests will show the cost here (please note this is using the cost stored in Anytime)

Self explanatory: full name, postal address, customers email address, contact number.

All assigned extras will show here. If you create a new extra in Anytime please inform Campsites so they can update their system.

Each payment type will automatically add to the booking as a Stripe Method.

Here under the Internal Notes you will see the type of unit, Arrival time and also Car Reg if you require this information from Campsites.

If you have pre arrival and Follow up emails set up in your Anytime Account, and these are set up to automatically send, then these will also send to your Pitchup guests. The bonus of this is to encourage future direct bookings.

If you amend any pricing or create any additional Extras or change your Party Member Configuration in Anytime, please email Campsites.co.uk so they can adjust this information their end.

Amending Bookings:
Please note if the customer asks directly to amend their Campsites booking, you can do this in Anytime and take the Further Payment over the phone(the online guest area is not available for Campsites bookings to pay online.
Currently please remove the Agent Fee to correct the Balance Due, and then flag the payment in Campsites so that they do not take the automated payment.
