Automated emails - what time do they send?

Our system sends out automated emails at specific times. Below you’ll find a breakdown of when these emails are triggered.

 

Pre Arrivals (1) - between approx 7am and 8am. 

Pre Arrivals (2) - 9am

Security/Damage Deposit (request to pay) - 10am

Balance Reminder Emails - between approx 11am and 12pm. 

Pre Departures - 1pmFollow-up (1) - 2pm

Follow-up (2) - 3pm

Payment Emails - every minute

Provisional Booking Emails - every minute

Auto Cancellation Due to No Payment - every minute

Booking & Payment Notifications - every 5 minutes

Last minute bookings

Pre-arrivals (1  & 2) - sends automatically on making the booking (for telephone) and once payment has been made for online bookings.

Balance reminders - needs to be manually pushed

Payment emails - sends automatically in line with the payment the guest has made
