Balance Reminder Email when amending booking

The balance reminder email send date will only change when you amend the arrival date of a booking. Previously it would amend if you added an extra on a booking that had already arrived and resend the balance reminder email until this was paid. 

Changes to adding number extras

When increasing a number dropdown extra you no longer have to delete the extra to reapply, you can now simply do this by selecting 'Make Changes' and 'Add Extra'.

Add Active Status to the User tab in the unit settings

The status of owners/housekeepers are now displayed in the users tab of the Unit settings.

Updates to the Operational View for Motorhomes

1. Toggle Between Views

You can now switch between Operational View and Normal View in the Manage Bookings section. 

2. Operational View for Sub-units

The Operational View now includes sub-units, but to make sure all information displays you'll need to update sections under Details tab of the sub-unit settings -  specifically the vehicle registration and vehicle transmission.

Updates to the Diary on mobile phones

We’ve made significant improvements to enhance your experience using the Diary on mobile devices.  Whether you're walking the site or checking in from another location, your mobile diary is built to keep up.

1. Fully interactive
   Add block-offs or bookings directly from your mobile (now with unit names showing).

2. Mobile display improvements
   The mobile version of the diary now mirrors the desktop layout, making navigation and usage more consistent across devices.

   • Grid view, just like desktop – see all your pitches, pods or properties at a glance.
   • Scroll smoothly – left to right, up and down – it’s intuitive and fluid.
   • Portrait-friendly – no more awkward turning, just quick access in your hand.
   • Landscape view has had a polish too – it’s all sharper, faster and easier to use.

3. Collapsed filters by default
   Clean and clever layout – filters collapse by default, allowing more availability, bookings and units to be visible at a glance.  

4. Collapsible Unit Names
   You can now collapse unit names to the side to maximise the display of availability. 

Remember to switch the Diary Mode (in the "Your Account" area) to "New/Latest" to ensure these features are enabled.

Updates to merging guest records

1. Now when a guest tries to log-in to the My Account area it will still let them even if they have multiple guest records.
2. When the guest makes a new booking from Place Booking or the My Account area it will add to their most recent guest record if they have multiple.

This report provides a comprehensive overview of occupancy levels over a 12-month period. The report includes: 

• Bookings Made  – Track the number of bookings confirmed each month.

• Bookings Arriving - View the number of bookings made each month.

• People Arriving – View the number of guests checking in each month.

• People Occupancy – See how many guests were present onsite each month. 

• Unit Occupancy – Understand how many nights were booked across all stays.

You can access this report by navigating to Reports > Routine.

Changes to the Owners Portal

1. Unavailable Dates Displayed Correctly
The calendar now accurately reflects unavailable dates.

2. Owner Login Improvement
Owners can now log in by simply pressing Enter after entering their credentials.

3. Enhanced Calendar Key
The calendar key has been updated to include additional icons for better clarity.

4. PDF Report Downloads
Owners can now download reports in PDF format.

5. Booking Notes Visibility
Notes will now appear on booking details—provided the relevant option is enabled in Owner Settings.

6. Conditional Arrival Instructions Display
Arrival instructions are now hidden unless the relevant details have been filled in.

Changes when adding in Length of Stay (LOS) pricing

When adding in another length of stay the system will remember the arrival/departure days already ticked, therefore you will not need to reselect these again.

Owner Booking Notifications

When your owner makes a booking or cancels a booking through the owners portal you will now receive an updated email version with the details. If you have 'Automatically notify owners/housekeepers' ticked on the unit settings your Housekeepers will receive these notifications too.
