Here are a few points if you're having a few issues.
If your Airbnb calendar isn't syncing correctly after assigning units in Anytime Booking, there may be a few reasons causing the issue. Please review the following points to help resolve common syncing problems:
Common Issues and Solutions
-
Unintended Calendar Block-Offs
-
If there were any manual blocks in Airbnb before connecting to Anytime, they won’t be automatically removed.
-
You’ll need to either remove these blocks directly in Airbnb or remember these dates are closed for Airbnb bookings
-
-
Minimum Night Stay Not Set to 1 in Airbnb
-
Set the minimum night stay to 1 in your Airbnb listing settings.
-
Anytime Booking can only override this setting with your defined rates and rules if it is set to 1.
-
-
Blocking Dates in Airbnb While Keeping Them Open in Anytime
-
If you need specific dates blocked in Airbnb but still want them available in Anytime, you must manage these directly in Airbnb.
- Alternatively you can set the Airbnb open period to be 3,6,9,12 months ahead- anything beond this point will be unavailable
-
-
Discounts Not Syncing
-
Discounts created in Anytime Booking (e.g., Last Minute or Early Bird) are not sent to Airbnb.
-
To add discounts, go to your Airbnb listing and apply them manually using Airbnb’s built-in discount tools for Early Bird or Last Minute. Promotions are not available.
-
How to Troubleshoot and Sync Your Listing Properly
-
Log into your Anytime Booking account.
-
Go to Configuration > Airbnb.
-
Click on Settings for the relevant listing.
-
Temporarily set ‘Controlled From’ to Airbnb.
-
Log into your Airbnb account and:
-
Remove any unintended block-offs.
-
Confirm or change your minimum night stay.
-
Apply discounts as needed.
-
-
Return to Anytime Booking and set ‘Controlled From’ back to Anytime Booking.
-
Your rates and availability will be automatically re-sent to Airbnb.
-
After a few minutes, check your Airbnb calendar to confirm the updates have synced correctly.
Removing a Previous Software Connection in Airbnb
If you had previously connected a different channel manager or software to your Airbnb account, it may interfere with the current connection.
To remove a previous connection:
-
Log into your Airbnb account.
-
Navigate to Account Settings > Privacy & Sharing.
-
Under Connected Apps, find your former software provider.
-
Click or tap Remove Access.
