Connect with Airbnb (API) - Troubleshooting

Here are a few points if you're having a few issues.

There may be something thats stopping your listing from syncing correctly. We have added a few pointers below to help eliminate these.

If you have Assigned the units but your Airbnb calendar isn't showing correctly, it could be one of these things:

  1. Unintended Block offs were not removed in Airbnb before connecting, these need to be removed in Airbnb or added to Anytime.
  2. Make your minimum night stay in your Airbnb account 1 (we override this with your Anytime Rates).
  3. Account connected but need to block dates in Airbnb but keep dates available in Anytime. 
  4. How do I add a discount to Airbnb? Follow the steps below and apply Last minute discounts or Early Bird Discounts (we do not send your Anytime created discounts. 
Please follow these steps to check or action any of the above points:
  • Head to Configuration in Anytime
  • Scroll down and select Airbnb
  • Select Settings
  • Set 'Controlled From' to Airbnb on the appropriate listing.
  • Head to Airbnb and check/amend the above details in Airbnb.
  • Head back to your Anytime account and set 'Controlled from' back to Anytime Booking.
  • Rates will be automatically resent to Airbnb
  • Check the Airbnb calendar in a few minutes to ensure your changes are correct

 

How to remove a previous Software Connection in Airbnb:

If you have To check this, head to your Airbnb account and follow these steps;  Go to your Account Settings.Select Privacy & Sharing.Under Connected Apps, click or tap Remove Access for your former software provider.
