Here are a few points if you're having a few issues.
There may be something thats stopping your listing from syncing correctly. We have added a few pointers below to help eliminate these.
If you have Assigned the units but your Airbnb calendar isn't showing correctly, it could be one of these things:
- Unintended Block offs were not removed in Airbnb before connecting, these need to be removed in Airbnb or added to Anytime.
- Make your minimum night stay in your Airbnb account 1 (we override this with your Anytime Rates).
- Account connected but need to block dates in Airbnb but keep dates available in Anytime.
- How do I add a discount to Airbnb? Follow the steps below and apply Last minute discounts or Early Bird Discounts (we do not send your Anytime created discounts.
- Head to Configuration in Anytime
- Scroll down and select Airbnb
- Select Settings
- Set 'Controlled From' to Airbnb on the appropriate listing.
- Head to Airbnb and check/amend the above details in Airbnb.
- Head back to your Anytime account and set 'Controlled from' back to Anytime Booking.
- Rates will be automatically resent to Airbnb
- Check the Airbnb calendar in a few minutes to ensure your changes are correct
How to remove a previous Software Connection in Airbnb:
If you have To check this, head to your Airbnb account and follow these steps; Go to your Account Settings.Select Privacy & Sharing.Under Connected Apps, click or tap Remove Access for your former software provider.
