Connecting a new unit to Airbnb API

Airbnb API Connection Checklist

☐ Minimum Stay

• Confirm the minimum stay is set to 1 night in Airbnb before connecting. 

☐ Arrival & Departure Restrictions

• Ensure all arrival days are unticked.
• Ensure all departure days are unticked.
  

   

This allows the connection to override any existing stay restrictions when the API is established. 

This is located in the Availability/Price tab of the listing in Airbnb.

☐ Connect the Unit

• Complete the Airbnb API connection.

☐ Allow Time for Synchronisation

• Wait 2–3 minutes after connecting.
• This gives Airbnb time to receive and apply the changes from our system.

☐ Percentage Uplift (If Required)

• If you need to adjust the percentage uplift, make the change.
• Publish the changes after updating the uplift so they are sent to Airbnb.

Final Check:
☐ Verify the connection has completed successfully and that the settings have synced correctly with Airbnb.
