How to update your pitch / unit settings

Amend or update existing pitch / unit setting in Anytime LITE

Head to Configuration > Site Setup > Pitch Types (or Units)

Learn how to update or amend your settings associated with pitches / units including:

 

Parent units

These are the accommodation types your customers see online, such as:

  • Grass Pitch
  • Bell Tent
  • Safari Tent

Most settings are managed here, including:

  • Occupancy
  • Arrival/departure times
  • Booking notice
  • Balance payments

Sub-units

Subunits sit underneath parent units and are used for multiple identical units.

Example:

  • Grass Pitch
    • Pitch 1
    • Pitch 2
    • Pitch 3

Subunits share the same pricing and settings as the parent unit.

Important settings to review

Within a parent unit you can control:

  • Minimum and maximum occupancy
  • Included guests in base rate
  • Arrival and departure times
  • Same-day booking cut-off times
  • Deposit and balance payment rules

Don’t forget to publish

After changing units or rates, you must publish the changes for them to go live online.

Go to Config> Rates> Publish Changes

  • Select the year(s)
  • Select the unit(s)
  • Click Publish
