# Exploring your Guest Records

## How to manage the guest records feature

This video will guide you through the guest records and will show you how to access the list of guests, search for specific guests, and view their details. 

We will show how the email address serves as the primary identifier for each guest and how multiple bookings are tracked. 

We will also demonstrate how to export the address book and update guest marketing preferences.
